Digital Exchange look after my connectivity (broadband, VPN’s between sites, etc) as well as servers, PC’s, Microsoft Office subscriptions as well as delivering remote and on-site IT support. As a company we have grown in a number of ways and Digital have always supported me throughout these changes.

With regards to our connectivity, we have a high bandwidth leased line which has performed very well. The team at Digital have remote access to the router and my systems, so on the odd occasion where something is not working correctly they can advise and react without the need to visit site. If a fault occurs on the line Digital have direct access to the carrier to escalate the issue and they always keep me in informed as to the progression, escalation and resolution of the fault. If I was a direct customer to one of the carriers (for example Talk-Talk, BT or Virgin) I don’t believe I would get the same reaction time to raise an issue, or the same level of service.

They are a great bunch of professional people that always look after my requests for help. They understand that IT is the cornerstone to our company’s performance, and are able to resolve all issues that occur.

I can with confidence ask them to do something for the company and I know they will not let me down. I do not have an in-house IT department so rely on Digital as my out-sourced team dealing with all the complex things in the areas where I do not have the knowledge, or to help out on simple things if I have other jobs pressing and cannot spare the time.

I cannot recommend Digital highly enough; they are local, small enough to care and have the skills and infrastructure to cope with all of my demands
